Lyn Bardsley, after completing a Bachelor of Music at UQ, (piano and flute) and a Dip Ed (Music Major) at Sydney Institute of Education, gained a wide array of experience with community choirs. community orchestras, school music teaching. a post-punk band (bass guitar), and other musical activities. Later acquisition of an M. Ed led to a career as Guidance Counsellor in primary schools, where Lyn’s work supporting students, parents and school communities was well appreciated. Lyn recently resigned from this position, allowing more time for music. Her particular interest is in climate activism and social justice.
